Summer :)
Nothin like 95 degree weather to make ya want sweet tea and fried food huh? GA Girl (My alter ego) recently went through an entire big yellow container of sugar for my sweet tea. And I wonder why I can't lose weight? Ha! Ooh and I made fried eggplant, it's pretty darn spectacular by the way. TS wouldn't try any much to my dismay :(

Looks delicious, and I agree hot wether does make you crave fried foods, it definitely ties in with the whole southern culture. Hope you're having a good weekend :)
